2427 - Job Japan Bilingual FinTech Startup HR Manager

Global FinTech Financial Startup (over 150+ staff) is looking for a Fintech Payment HR Manager with a Financial HR background.

* This is for a Senior Level Executive who can support Fintech services and help manage fast growth of the 10 staff team in Tokyo to 40+ staff with various hires in Japan. 

* This FinTech Startup already has funding top financial partners. This client list will be expanded.

* Candidates are expected to have direct experience within HR for Fintech Payments, M&A, IT, Crypto Currencies, OTC, FX, Credit, Bonds including Corporate Bonds, Convertible Bonds or Listed Derivative products.

* Candidates who are experienced with front office HR, operations, compliance or trade related issues with M&A projects are all positive.

* Direct Japanese language skills (native or near native) and English (Business fluent) are a must.

* This is a Senior-level role and will coordinate with Global management in Tokyo and overseas branches.
