Global Asian Securities Firm is looking for a new Japan CEO Branch Head. This is for a Senior Level Executive who can manage Japanese & Foreign institutional teams from Tokyo. Fixed Income & Equity trading is now in place, while  other FinTech products are under consideration.

* Candidates are expected to have direct institutional management experience within cash & derivative products, IBD, M&A, strong within Bonds, Equities, or Foreign Exchange.

* Candidates who are experienced with IT, front office, operations, compliance or trade related issues with FSA interface are all positive.

* Backgrounds in technology, investment banking, fund or asset management are also welcome due to the new branch growth plans in Japan.

* Direct Japanese language skills (native or near native) and English (Business fluent) are a must. Chinese or Korean would also be positive.

* This is a senior CEO level role for a new branch expanding operations in Japan, and will coordinate with Global management.
