Expanding Securities firm is looking for a specialist for M&A advisory services, ranging from strategic planning, contract execution to post merger integration.

* The responsibilities include M&A strategies, screening of targeted companies, negotiations, performance confirmation of M&A conditions, and monitoring.

* More than 15 year experience of cross border M&A executions in addition to knowledge about financial market and tax accounting is required.

* Business level English is a must. Business level Japanese or Mandarin would also be preferred.
