Expanding Global securities firm will expand its INVESTMENT TRUSTS, MUTUAL FUNDS, and Structured Bonds desk in Tokyo. They seek a bilingual Structured Products Manager who can support the expanding products desk efforts in Japan, Asia and Europe. The job title for this role is Vice President level. They need a MANAGER for a small team, who knows the market well and can do sales seminars in Japanese for a growing distribution team of IFA contacts. Fluent English level and fluent Japanese language skills will be expected. Direct Japanese Bank, Investment Bank, or Securities firm would be the best background. Setting up accounts and framework for these new accounts will be needed. A large BONUS of 50-100% of base or more would be possible for outstanding results. Highest interest is for TOKYO based candidates who can start in Q2 2016.
