Your background should be 3+ years prop trading cash & derivatives FX & rates out to 10 years, more would be excellent. Debt themed cross-asset class background is possible. US fed interest rate increases and market impact views are essential. Japanese or English is enough to coordinate. Risk sensitive, trading oriented and driven with a strong track record of proprietary trading. This is a Japanese language internal environment. Strong preference for Tokyo or Asia experienced FX, IR Swaps, OTC options, global macro, emerging market traders.
