Expanding securities firm is now refocusing its mezzanine real estate capital. They seek Japanese real estate origination of non-performing-loans, mezzanine loan banking portfolios, and other similar deal flow for its Pan-Asia exposure in the fund. Opportunities will mainly be in Japan. A motivated person already based in Tokyo with a financial firm currently or formally, open to a new challenge is preferred. Japan based bilingual Japanese/English candidates with real estate financing group or fund experience, would be very attractive and an immediate hire.
