Expanding securities firm is looking for a specialist for M&A advisory services, strategic planning, contract execution to post merger integration. The responsibilities include M&A strategies, screening of targeted companies in Japan, China, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia. Full negotiations, performance confirmation of M&A conditions, and monitoring will be needed. More than 4+ year experience of cross border M&A executions in addition to knowledge about financial market and tax accounting is required. Business level English and Japanese is a must to to conference calls and business trips essential to the business.
