Expanding securities firm is looking to expand their cash equity research sales business on their Japan flow trading desk. Looking for someone with 5+ years experience in research sales in the Japanese and/or Asia markets who can deal with off-shore/international clients. candidate level would be SVP/director level. Main language is English and Japanese. Looking for someone focused and energetic that can help drive this firm's business and market share. Must have a Japan (JSDA) license and have direct market experience with in-pocket active accounts that are portable from day 1
