Global securities firm is upgrading their cash equity business on their pan-asia flow trading desk. Backgrounds with 4+ years experience in sales trading in the Japanese and/or Asia markets who can deal with off-shore/international clients. Candidate level would be vp/director level. Main language is English, Chinese or Japanese a plus. Looking for someone focused and energetic that can help drive this firm's block trades, vwap quality & algo market share. Must have direct market experience with in-pocket active accounts that are portable.
