Backgrounds structuring derivatives especially private placements and cross-asset class structured products are the best. Fluent english is critical but other asian languages like mandarin chinese, korean or hindi could be useful for client focused marketing support. Highly technical and driven with a strong track record of creating complex solutions to client needs. Client in-pocket accounts would get priority.
