Top consideration is for senior rainmakers with a strong desire to build the best sales flow team for Japanese Equites, with the highest level of client service. Knowledge of cash & derivative products is a strong compliment. Direct experience as an equity sales head is a strong plus. Top candidates will be in London or Europe with fluent English.
