Expanding investment bank boutique is now looking for a senior equity leader to drive their expanding cash & equity capital markets platform in Tokyo. Top consideration is for senior rainmakers with a strong management desire to build the best flow team with the highest level of client service. Knowledge of cash, ECM & derivative products is essential. Direct experience as a branch head or ECM business head is a strong plus. Top candidates will be in Tokyo or previously in Tokyo with fluent English and Japanese. This senior management role will be able to hire teams.
