Our client is looking for a marketer with strong origination capabilities with corporate clients for equity-linked products especially M&A hedging, private placements, pipes, portfolio hedges, CB issues, etc. This is a niche corporate equity derivatives team which is busy marketing and structuring active mandates for clients in Australia. This group has strong traction and highly regarded members with a clean deal reputation. Must have ECM / equity-linked / corporate marketing experience in equity / equity derivatives and strong deal transaction experience, especially cross-border.
