Top global securities firm is looking for a chief operating officer, who can double hat as a compliance officer within Asia. Our client will expand both Asia and Japan branches in the next cycle, and needs somebody who can provide support and advice regarding operations & compliance issues for fixed income & equities, plus asset management department. Responsibilities will also include dealings with MAS for the above departments and revision of solicitation materials. 5-10 years work experience with securities firms within operations and/or compliance is required. The branch will be flow focused no prop.
