Our client is looking for senior marketers with strong origination capabilities with corporate clients for equity-linked products especially PIPE transactions in India. This is a niche corporate equity derivatives team which is busy marketing and structuring active mandates for clients in India and the region. Must have native level English and some business level Hindi would be nice. This group has strong transaction and highly regarded members with a clean deal reputation. Must have ECM / equity-linked/ corporate marketing experience in equity/ equity derivatives and strong deal transaction experience.
