Major domestic player seeks native Japanese staff to join the legal affairs team in Tokyo, concentrating on all securitization solutions for the firm. Making changes to any articles of corporation (teikan), legal business licenses or even temporary legal documentation. Other key job functions for this role will include both business and securities reports, plus official accounting notifications or other disclosures needed in Japan.
