Growing firm with large derivatives book in both fixed income and equity is now seeking a senior market risk professional to join their operations in Asia (could be based in either Hong Kong or Tokyo depending on need). You will need excellent understanding of systems and reporting in addition to high level conceptual understanding of all derivatives products across many asset classes. Team management skills would be important, as the team may be growing further with possibility of multiple staff in different cities in Asia. Best suited for those already running a team and very deep in exotic derivatives. language skills whether Japanese or mandarin Chinese could be useful but high level PHD math/sciences would be considered more important.
