2436 - Job Japan Fintech Digital Assets M&A Associate

Large Listed Corporate Fund Group seeks Bilingual Japanese Associate interested in a Fintech role. The focus will be on Digital Assets (Blockchain, Crypto, Defi, NFTs). Cross Border M&A and Portfolio Construction can be part of this growing entity in Japan. 

* Candidates with IBD or Corporate Asset value career experience in Japan is expected. Clear views on how cross border Digital Assets (Blockchain, Crypto, Defi, NFTs) may price correlate in the future are also expected.

* Must have a strong view on wider Valuation and Equity markets and the ambition to eventually support Crossborder Corporate Private Equity deals for Japan.

* Investment banking, equity research, private equity, or hedge fund analyst backgrounds are best. Comfort with Financial Models is critical.

* Japanese & English is critical. Any level of Mandarin or Korean language abilities would be a positive plus but is not required.

* At least 2+ years work experience in Equity Research, IBD, Private Equity, Long Only Funds, or Hedge Funds, is expected for those looking for this Tokyo based role.
