Expanding securities firm is expanding its equity trading trading team in its Equity Cash & Derivatives products team. They seek a head of Electronic Trading to drive the business. You are familiar with various Algos, VWAP, Smart Beta etc and HFT client needs.

* Your background should be 5+ years trading ETFs, equity cash or derivatives in Japan or Asia would be excellent. Any comfort with Python or Julia programming languages would be positive.

* Equity themed cross-asset class background is possible. Global JPY or interest rate increases and market impact correlation views are essential.

* There is flexibility in this team for many kinds of trading strategies. You speak Japanese or English enough to coordinate.

* Risk sensitive, trading oriented and driven with a strong track record of equity cash trading. This is a Japanese & English language internal environment.

* Strong preference for Tokyo or Hong Kong Asia experienced Equity market traders with JSDA in place.
