Expanding securities firm is looking for a Bilingual Legal MTN Officer in Tokyo, Japan. Major responsibilities are looking over MTN deals that will include reporting to the regional & head office investment committee.

* Full understanding of all deal differences & benefits between Trade Surveillance procedures, Accounting, and other related Tax areas within Capital Markets or Asset Management are expected.

* More than 5+ years of direct experience on related Medium Term Note, PIPEs or CBs within Asset Management firms, Investment Banks, Securities firms, Institutional investors & other related parties.  

* The background can be flexible in this role. In addition, any knowledge about Shadow Banking, Financial Product laws and regulations for Real Estate, Fund and Securities products is required.

* Native Japanese and business level English is also expected.
