Growing Buyside Real Estate Asset Manager with a full license is looking for a talented bilingual Associate in Hong Kong ASAP. This role will focus on pension fund service and institutional investors.

* Research Analysis will be service areas of this new expansion role. Due to increasing interest rate changes to the market in China, allocations from top investors and other parties will increase.

* Successful candidates must have a strong view on Real Estate within China, and related equity markets, and the ambition to grow assets from various institutions. Real Estate, Investment banking, securities, private equity,  fund of funds, hedge funsd, private equity or sales backgrounds are best.

* All financial experiences are welcome. ABC (American Born Chinese) types also welcome. Fluent Mandarin and Fluent English with 5+ years of related distribution work experience are expected for those looking for this Japan based role. Travel around China and to the US head office would be possible in this growing team.
