2043 - Job Japan ECM Senior Private Placements Marketer
Expanding securities firm is looking for senior marketers with strong origination capabilities with corporate clients for various ECM focused equity-linked products especially and private placements. This is a niche corporate equity derivatives team which is busy marketing and structuring active mandates for clients in Japan & Asia. There will be direct coordination between a Japan focused team in Tokyo, and an Asian focused team based in Singapore. A future flow of cross border activity is the P/L goal. Must have native level Japanese and some business level English. This group has strong traction and highly regarded members with a clean deal reputation. Must have ECM, equity-linked, corporate marketing experience in equity and related derivatives and strong deal transaction experience.
