Your background should be trading cash & derivatives FX & rates out to at least 10 years, more would be excellent. debt themed cross-asset class background is possible.Japanese or English is needed to coordinate internally. Rsk sensitive, trading oriented and driven with a strong track record of proprietary trading. Strong preference for Tokyo or asia experienced fx, swaps, ots options, global macro, emerging market traders.
