Our client needs to bring on board another equity derivatives structrer to help the Japanese equity derivatives team create and structre derivatives for corporate, institutional and retail clients. Your background should be structring derivatives especially equity but a cross-asset class background is possible too. Fluent Japanese is desirable for client focused marketing support, but English ability will be needed to coordinate with Asian structring teams. You should be highly technical and driven with a strong track record of creating complex solutions to client needs.
