Growing team needs a senior VP/director level leader to drive an established retail structured products 3rd party team. Must have established experience with equity derivatives and Japanese domestic securities houses. Fluent Japanese with business level English would be expected. Must have very strong presentation skills and ability to lead Japanese language seminars in front of retail investors. Great opportunity in a well positioned and strong business.
