Expanding investment bank is now looking for a senior level marketer to drive their expanding debt & equity capital markets platform in Japan. Top consideration is for bilingual closers with a strong management desire to build the best flow team with the highest level of top-tier service. The knowledge of both yen and non-yen cash & derivative products is essential. Direct experience as a branch head or deputy branch head is a strong plus. The perfect candidate will be native in Japanese and be able to write English in e-mail and speak internally with team members. This senior role will have the ability to hire team members in both equity and fixed income divisions.
