Global house looking to build out their equity platform in Tokyo with a high energy, customer-focused institutional sales person. High volume stocks with liquid action and high turnover potential views are key. This is for someone with 5+ years experience developing accounts in Asia and Japan, an ideal candidate level would be SVP or higher and should also be a top producer on his/her current desk. This is primarily a coverage role adding depth to a team with in-pocket contacts a plus. Strong overseas client customer base will be highly valued. A performer who wants to be paid not just "thanked with a big donut". Must have a current JSDA + visa and bilingual in both English and Japanese.
