Us based boutique real estate advisor seeks a senior Asia analyst for its Hong Kong based regional office. The role will cover pan-asia equity targets long/short, special situations, M & A arbitrage, events, turnarounds & other strategies using a strong financial justification visiting Asia but still this position would be in HK or SG. Target AUM for this region is now $1bn+ in pan-asia based on established us track record of investors. English w/ Mandarin and/or Japanese with hedge fund or investment bank experience in analysis, private equity or active asset management ideal. Do you like the drilling down process?
