1156 - JPN Asian Swap Prop Trader

Growing fixed income derivatives trading desk in Tokyo is looking for a mid-level candidate who is able to run their Japanese yen and Asian swaps trading books. Commercial flow is mainly Japanese yen but some others are to be expected. Big percentage of p/l will come from prop trading and large overnight risk is expected and welcomed. Traders with 3-5 years of trading experience might be possible, as you will be expected to work with the team but yet still be independent in your trading views. Senior traders with 5 or 10 years of experience would also be welcome. This platform with a large cash retail bank to provide lowest cost of funding is an excellent platform for prop trading in these volatile and challenging times.
