PhD or highly experienced CDO expert to extract all possible short-long term value out of the various tranches in a bloated book. No immediate liquidity targets will be part of the role's success. A well organized exit with minimal market disruption to the firm's book is the ultimately goal. Compensation with be linked to 2-3 years of expected extraction and may qualify for extra early risk reduction bonus incentives.
