1123 Top us firm is now looking for a head of marketing & distribution for their alternatives investment team. Looking for someone whom can help grow this firms footprint in the alternative investments space in Japan through current contacts. Main customer base should be pension funds, lifers and/ or other major domestic institutional investors. The successful candidate will be in charge of all hiring, business & marketing strategy, and have a very strong influence what specific funds will be chosen for distribution for the team. At least 3+ years experience on the buy-side will be necessary, fluent Japanese, business level English. Role requires both excellent managing & marketing capabilities. Package increase negotiable
