With your Japan underlying or Asian experience you would have 3-6 years of experience and ready to take on a bigger role. After a year or more, could mean promotion to head of desk. Should have pricing and trading experience in equity derivatives with interest rate, FX and commodity linked products. PHD or similar quantitative degrees are nice to see in any candidates.
