Large balance sheet looks for a energy or metals focused commodities team to create flow within Asia, Japan or Australia / New Zealand markets. Strong direct access to opportunities needed. The ideal team will be working in a Japanese trading house, investment bank, or an oil producer. Location can be flexible with a choice of Tokyo or Hong Kong depending on the needs of any key members. Most trading can be active but longer term trades of 6-12 months or more can be justified. Arbitrage, directional or flow trade mixes are all acceptable to this client. Strong p/l bonus packages will not be topped by competitors.
