Additional exposure to various hybrid products with commodity and equity exposure would be a good compliment. Client relationships with local Japanese domestic firms is essential. Native Japanese language skills is must, but only basic English is needed for internal company communications. Good interpersonal skills with polite KEIGO abilities is critical in order to represent in firm.
