Any trader with direct experience running us$100mm+ notional or more in any combination of cash or derivatives is possible. Directional or Quants would be enough for consideration. A strong interest in trying to fully maximize the coming Asia volatility and cross-market trades based on rising yen interest rate impacts(carry trade effects). A senior trader who has a recent strong track record who would start with us$25-250mm and grow book values to us$1bn+ AUM is the goal. Very high payout formula will be given to performers who succeed. Teams of 2-5 professionals are welcome.
